Details: Chelsea FC FDC's are created and delivered to offer Grass Roots Footballers the opportunity to attend and develop under professional coaching All Chelsea FC FDC's work closely with Grass Roots football to improve the foundation of football in the UK. All FDC's are training platforms not teams, players invited into an FDC will train once a week. Fixtures do take place but only in place of training sessions therefore allowing players to continue to take part in their grass roots obligations. Players selected for a CFCF FDC must go through a trail process where successful trialists will be invited to join the centre where they will train a minimum of once a week throughout the school term time only. All FDC players are provided with a CFCF FDC kit at the start of each session that must be worn at all training sessions, friendly fixtures and tournaments. All players and parents must adhere to the player and parent code of conduct policy when in attendance at training, friendly fixtures and tournaments. Chelsea FC FDC's are charged at £6 per session with payments made in line with school term times. All players attending the trial must bring with them the following - Football boots appropriate for outdoor activity on a 3g pitch Weather appropriate football clothing Shin pads must be worn A drinks bottle All players must be signed out by a parent/carer at the conclusion of the trial For more information on the Chelsea FC FDC programme please feel free to get in touch: john.dutton@chelseafc.com
