When attending a course with the Chelsea FC Foundation, attendees are required to bring the following items:
If a packed lunch is required (such courses as a Soccer Schools) we recommend that children do not bring any fizzy drinks. In addition, please advised that all Chelsea FC Foundation courses are 'Nut Free' therefore, those attendees who are bringing a packed lunch we ask you to ensure all food items are nut free.
Chelsea FC Foundation are committed to providing quality coaching and promoting high standards of respect and behaviour from not only staff and participants but also parents, carers and spectators.
Football should be enjoyed in a safe, positive environment. Promoting fair play and enjoyment is of paramount importance to us, and football is about having fun, developing physical, technical, tactical and social skills. Winning is not everything.

1.1. You can book for any number of courses as long as the participant meets the age requirements.
1.2. Spaces on each course are subject to availability.
1.3. Chelsea Foundation reserves the right to withhold bookings at any time.
1.4. The price stated is per course NOT per day. All bookings made must be for the entirety of the course.
1.5. Ad-hoc and single day(s) bookings are available upon request. Please contact the enquiries team. This applies to certain venues only. A surcharge of 10% will be added to ad-hoc and single day(s) bookings.
1.6. The customer must ensure that the attendee is physically fit and able to participate in the sporting activities and the customer accepts all risks that are a result of course participation when booking on to the course
1.7. All bookings are taken on a first come first served basis and full payment is required with booking. The closing time is 24 hours prior to the course commencing or earlier if the course is fully subscribed.
1.8. Payments are taken in pounds sterling. We accept all major Credit or Debit cards. We do not accept Childcare vouchers.
1.9. Attendees 12 years old and over are able to bring mobile phones to sessions. These must remain in their bags at all times and the Head Coach must be informed. We do not allow any other devices to be brought to our sessions. Chelsea Foundation take no responsibility for lost, stolen or broken personal property.
2.1. It is imperative that you inform us of any medical conditions or medication that your son/daughter requires.
2.2. When booking you will be asked if your son/daughter uses an Epi-pen. If you select 'Yes' you MUST bring along a signed letter on the first day of the course. Failure to do so will result in your child not being able to attend. The letter to sign will be sent as an attachment along with you booking confirmation. A copy of this letter can also be found HERE
2.3. Chelsea FC Foundation is now a Nut Free environment; therefore, we adhere to our Nut Policy.
2.4. If notified of a severe nut allergy, lunch packs will be searched upon registration. If you do not wish for this to happen, your child will be refused entry onto the course.
3.1. Once your booking is complete, a confirmation page will load on your screen informing you that you have a space on the course. This page is printable. You will receive your booking confirmation by email so please ensure you provide a valid email address when booking.
3.2. If the confirmation screen does not load or you do not receive your confirmation email, please contact us immediately to confirm that your booking has been received.
(If you do not receive confirmation it is unlikely that your booking has been successful so please contact us to avoid disappointment.)
4.1. The customer may cancel their booking and receive the bookings equivalent value in a credit note, providing the cancellation request is made 3 working days prior to the course commencing.
4.2. The customer may cancel their booking within 24 hours of the booking being accepted and receive a full refund, except when the booking is made less than 3 working days prior to the course commencing.
4.3. Chelsea Foundation reserves the right to cancel a course at any time. In this instance you will be notified at least 48 hours before the course commences and a full refund will be given.
4.4.In the event of illness (inc. self-isolation) or injury where 2 or more days are missed, we will issue you with a credit note which is redeemable against any Chelsea Soccer School. A medical certificate may be required and you will need to contact us prior to or during the course. Failure to do so will result in a credit note not being issued.
4.5. We reserve the right to remove any child from the course.
5.1. Credit Notes/Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed at www.chelseasoccerschools.co.uk.
5.2. In the event that the Credit Note/Gift Voucher value exceeds the total cost of a chosen course (e.g. where a £100 Credit Note/Gift Voucher is used to purchase a £95 course), the balance will be applied to the e-wallet within your account.
5.3. Credit Notes/Gift Vouchers can be used for part- or full-payment of a chosen course. If the chosen course cost exceeds the amount of the Credit Note/Gift Voucher, the balance must be paid in full by credit or debit card at the point of booking.
5.4. Credit Notes/Gift Voucher are valid for a period of 18 months from the date of issue. Credit Notes/Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.
5.5. Credit Notes/Gift Vouchers may not be used against an existing booking where the balance has been paid in full already.
5.6. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14-day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
5.7. Where you have a paper copy of a Credit Note/Gift Voucher and it is lost, stolen, or destroyed, the Credit Note/Gift Voucher will not be exchanged, refunded, or replaced.
5.8. Credit Notes/Gift Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable.
6.1. Any unused credit from a voucher will show in your E-Wallet.
6.2. Balances can be used as either full, or partial payment.
6.3. E-Wallet balances are non-transferable, and have no cash redemption value.
6.4. Values in E-Wallets do not expire.
6.5. It is not possible to deposit funds directly into an E-Wallets.

All credit/debit card information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be accessed only as stated above. Whilst we have used our best efforts to ensure the security of your Personal Information, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet.

COVID-19 Processes and Procedures
Chelsea FC Foundation and all our staff are taking practical measures to help reduce the spread of the COVID-19. Therefore Chelsea FC Foundation staff will not attend sessions if presenting any COVID-19 symptoms and will not return to sessions until 2 consecutive negative lateral flow tests are produced, or after 10 days.

If you or anyone within your household have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 or are feeling unwell with a cough, difficulty breathing or fever, stay at home and use the https://111.nhs.uk/ COVID-19 service or call NHS 111.
In the event of a confirmed case of COVID-19 at your activity, we will share your contact information with the NHS Test and Trace Service upon request.
Before the activity
Parent/carers must book their place on any Foundation activity via the Sports Fusion booking site. This will ensure that all of the relevant information is shared and then acknowledged by the parent/carer.
Participants will be sent a Parent/Carer Pack and Code of Conduct after their place is confirmed for the activity. (This is only for certain activity).
Foundation staff will complete risk assessments for all activities at every venue/facility.
Where possible at each venues parent/carers will be asked to stay in the vehicle so the Head/Lead Coaches will be able to sign in the participant. They will then be asked to leave the venue and return at the end of the activity to complete the same process for the Head/Lead Coach to sign back out.
Personal hygiene measures should be carried out by everyone and where possible hand sanitisers brought and used at the Foundation activity. Where this is not possible the Foundation will supply hand sanitiser and ensure a handwashing facility is available. If washing hands is necessary then this will be done for 20 seconds using soap and hot water.
All participants are requested to arrive changed and ready to take part.
Participation medication to be given to the Head Coach at the sign in process in a plastic bag with the participants name clearly labelled.
All other equipment which includes cones, goal posts and other training resources will either be wiped down with anti-bacterial wipes or sprayed with disinfectant before, during and after activity.
The Foundation will look to run all of the activity outdoors, if at any time a clubhouse, pavilion, classroom, youth centre or changing rooms are used the Foundation staff will wipe down with anti-bacterial wipes or sprayed with disinfectant the areas to be used and areas used.
During the activity
The Foundation has outlines the following processes;
All activity where possible will take place outdoors.
Participants should bring their own additional clothing and drinks/refreshments ensuring they are all named where they will be able to keep this in their own safe space at each venue.
Equipment being used will be either wiped down with anti-bacterial wipes or sprayed with disinfectant after use.
Observing rigorous hygiene standards, injuries where necessary will be treated by Foundation staff using PPE.
If you are feeling unwell during a session, please inform a CFCF staff member.
To reduce the spread of germs when you cough or sneeze, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue, or your sleeve (not your hands) if you don't have a tissue, and throw the tissue away immediately. Hand sanitizer to be used after.
After the activity
Foundation staff will ensure that all participants either sanitise or wash their hands before they leave the venue/facility.
All equipment will be cleaned with disinfected at the end of the activity.
Foundation staff will have set up an efficient traffic-flow system to depart the venue/facility, please adhere to this.
Anyone who becomes infected after training/matches should report this to the NHS test and trace system.
