Chelsea FC Soccer Schools

Terms & Conditions

These terms are applicable to new customers/bookings from 1 January 2025 and all existing customers from 1 February 2025.

These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern the purchase of football courses operated by the Soccer Schools department of Chelsea Football Club Limited (the "Club"). By booking a course (the customer or purchaser, as applicable (the "Customer")) or participating in a course (the "Participant"), in each case, such person agrees to comply fully with the Terms and Conditions.

1.1. The Customer can book for any number of courses as long as the Participant meets the age requirements.

1.2. Spaces on each course are subject to availability.

1.3. The Club reserves the right to withhold bookings at any time.

1.4. The price stated is per course NOT per day. All bookings made must be for the entirety of the course.

1.5. Ad-hoc and single day(s) bookings are available upon request, subject to availability. Please contact the enquiries team. This applies to certain venues only and increased prices shall apply to such bookings.

1.6. The Customer must ensure that the Participant is physically fit and able to participate in the sporting activities and the Customer accepts all risks that are a result of course participation when booking on to the course.

1.7. All bookings are taken on a first come first served basis and full payment is required with booking. The closing time for bookings is 24 hours prior to the course commencing or earlier if the course is fully subscribed.

1.8. Payments are taken in pounds sterling. We accept all major Credit or Debit cards. We do not accept Childcare vouchers.

1.9. Participants who are 12 years old and over are able to bring mobile phones to sessions. These must remain in their bags at all times and the Head Coach must be informed. We do not allow any other devices to be brought to our sessions. The Club takes no responsibility for lost, stolen or broken personal property.

2.1. There must always be a parent/carer or appropriate adult (over the age of 18) present to register a Participant aged under 18 (a child), and collect them at the end of the activity.

2.2. We will never release a child into the care of another minor (person under 18yrs). In this circumstance we will call the emergency contacts and request that a suitable adult come to collect the child. If this request is not met, we will call the Police to report an abandoned child.

2.3. For curriculum time and wrap around care activities, where we are receiving the child from an education professional and/or establishment, a parent/carer or appropriate adult is only required at the end of the activity to collect the child. In cases where the child is going on to another school-based club, instead of going home, an appropriate adult must still collect from us.

2.4. Children 11 years and older, can make their own way to and from activities before 5pm, only upon receipt of a signed permission waiver form being handed to the Head Coach in-person by a parent/carer at the start of the first session.

2.5. Children 13 years and older, can make their way to and from sessions after 5pm, only upon receipt of a signed permission waiver form being handed to the Head Coach in-person by a parent/carer at the start of the first session.

2.6. You can set your intention to allow your child to make their own way to and from activities during the booking journey, this will only be granted upon handing the form to the Head Coach (see 2.5). The system will not allow anyone who doesn't meet our minimum requirements to proceed with a booking.

2.7. You must not conceal your child's true age from us.

3.1. It is imperative that you inform us of any medical conditions or medication that your son/daughter requires.

3.2. The Club is a nut free environment, and the Customer and Participant will follow all instructions from the club relating to the same.

3.3. If notified of a severe nut allergy, lunch packs will be searched upon registration. If you do not wish for this to happen, your child will be refused entry onto the course.

4.1. Once your booking is complete, a confirmation page will load on your screen informing you that you have a space on the course. This page is printable. You will receive your booking confirmation by email so please ensure you provide a valid email address when booking.

4.2. If the confirmation screen does not load or you do not receive your confirmation email, please contact us immediately to confirm that your booking has been received. (If you do not receive confirmation it is unlikely that your booking has been successful so please contact us to avoid disappointment.)

5.1. The Customer may cancel their booking and receive a percentage of the booking's equivalent value (as per the table below) in the form of a credit note by providing a written cancellation request to the Club sufficiently in advance. In the event that the customer cancels their booking, the credit note issued by the Club shall be for the following amount (as applicable):

Date notice of cancellation received by Chelsea Football Club Limited Percentage of booking amount applied to credit note

In the event of verified illness or injury which results in 2 or more days of the course being missed, we may, in our sole discretion, issue you with a credit note which is redeemable against any Chelsea Soccer School. A medical certificate may be required, and you will need to contact us prior to or during the course. Failure to do so will result in a credit note not being issued.

5.4. We reserve the right to remove any child from the course.

5.5. The Club reserves the right to offer a refund in place of a credit note with such circumstances to be decided at the Club's sole discretion.
