Pre-season training for players to get fit, sharpen and hone their skills, learn how they will play, prepare physically and mentally for the next season ahead. concentrating on development and preparation.


What to Bring: Football Boots or Astro trainers, Shin Pads, and plenty to drink (No fizzy or energy drinks).All Players must have and wear shin pads for all activity, sports clothing appropriate to the weather. Players that do not follow these guidelines may not be permitted to participate.
