This Talent ID event to trial for our Player Development Programme for the 2025/26 season. This is for all new players who are not an existing player of the PDP of the 2024/25 season. Our PDP is based in Winchester, Basingstoke, Eastleigh, Southampton, New Alresford, and Petersfield on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday evenings (dependant on what centre you attend to). The pathways from this programme has been successful in recruiting players for the CFC Academy, other external club academies and getting older players after Year 11, to start a career in football by joining out Full-Time Football College Programme.

After this trial, within the next 5-7 working days, you will hear via email, whether your trial at our Talent ID event was successful/unsuccessful, and what we can offer you to be a apart of our Player Development Programme.

*Players to wear trainers and change into their football boots at the pitch*

Spectators: Allowed to watch the session, maximum of 2 spectators.

Parking: Available - you will be directed to our academy car park by security upon arrival to the venue, players will be registered outside the indoor Arena in the gravel car park.

What to bring:
- Water Bottle / Drink
- Appropriate clothing for the scheduled weather
- Players to wear a training kit of their choice

Chelsea Football Club Soccer Schools are football sessions for players of all abilities with topics based around different men’s and women’s first team players each day, designed to develop players individual footballing ability and teamwork in a fun and safe environment.

Arrival and Register from 09:00-09:20am - Parents/Guardians MUST sign in their child with the groups coach and exit the venue via EXIT ONLY gate.

End of the day collection at 15:00pm - Parents/Guardians MUST sign out their child with the groups coach and exit the venue Via EXIT ONLY gate.

Soccer School final day (Friday) presentation - Parents/Guardians to arrive for 14:45pm

KEY INFORMATION:
ALL participants must wear appropriate footwear, only trainers or astro trainers (NO METAL/PLASTIC/MOULDED STUD BOOTS ALLOWED), must have/wear SHIN PADS for all Soccer School activity and appropriate sports clothing like rain jackets, hats, jumpers etc (consider on the day weather conditions)
No Bikes or Scooters to be left inside the venue.
Food and Drink: All participants must have a healthy packed lunch, non fizzy/energy drink (NO PRIME, Red Bull, or Soft Drinks).
We are a Nut Free soccer school - NO NUTS

Parents/Guardians are advised to read the Code of Conduct for all sessions and understand that the Chelsea FC Soccer Schools are a mixed ability session, we plan groups on a 1:14 ratio (1 coach to 14 participants) and each group will be split by order of names/ages on the register on the day. All Parents/Guardians are advised to respect all Chelsea FC Staff and should you have any issues please speak to the Head Coach on the day - We do not accept any forms of verbal/physical abuse towards staff.

Cobham is the exclusive home of Chelsea FC's Men, Women's and Academy squads, and we are opening our doors to a limited number of players to train here during the summer of 2025.
