Our team of experienced coaches will be looking to identify talented young players to join our Boys Pathway at our Lancing Player Performance Centre.

Our programme is designed to support the individual development of players, providing an additional opportunity for players to develop their skills, confidence and understanding of the game alongside any other training they may already be participating in.

Crawley Player Development Centre (Tier 2 of our Player Pathway)

An opportunity to attend a trial session at our Crawley centre. Successful players will be invited to attend our centre on a regular basis and become a part of our player development pathway.
