Football sessions for players of all abilities with topics based around different men’s and women’s first team players each day, designed to develop players individual footballing ability and teamwork in a fun and safe environment.

Price: £144.00 for the 4 days (Can only book for the full course)

What to bring:
Football Boots & Shin Pads
Snacks & Pack Lunch for the whole day. Strictly No Nuts Allowed and a non fizzy drink.
Appropriate Kit/Clothing for football and suitable for all weather conditions
Sun Cream for when it is extreme hot.

The Ball Mastery Course

Dates: Tuesday 26th May - May Half Term

Focus of the day: Individual technique and comfort on the ball.
- Dribbling, turning, and close control
- Passing accuracy (short & long)
- First touch & receiving under pressure
- Fun skill challenges / 1v1 drills

Goal: Build confidence with the ball and foundational skills

The Playmaker Course

Dates: Wednesday 27th May - May Half Term

Focus of the day: Tactical awareness and game understanding
- Small-sided games emphasising spacing and movement
- Understanding attacking vs defending roles
- Recognising when to pass, dribble, or shoot
- Game scenarios / problem-solving drills

Goal: Players start thinking about the game intelligently

The Speed Demon Course

Dates: Thursday 28th May - May Half Term

Focus of the day: Speed, agility, strength, and endurance
- Agility ladders, sprints, and reaction drills
- Balance, coordination, and footwork
- Functional strength & core exercises for football
- Incorporate fitness through fun challenges & mini-games

Goal: Improve the physical attributes that support technical & tactical skills

The Sharpshooter Course

Dates: Friday 29th May - May Half Term

Focus of the day: Expressive play and putting skills into practice
- Shooting techniques (power & placement)
- 1v1 attacking and finishing drills
- Small-sided matches / tournament style games
- Encourage creative moves and risk-taking

Goal: Give players freedom to use all learned skills in match situations
