Course Overview
The Player Development Centre Residential Programme is a residential experience for boys aged 9–15 who are current Development Centre players, bringing together participants from all centres and regions. Based at RGS Surrey Hills, the programme is designed to provide an immersive, professional-style training environment. Players will follow a structured coaching schedule aimed at developing their technical ability, improving overall skill level, and enhancing their understanding of the game.
As part of the programme, all players will also have the opportunity to train at Cobham Training Ground. Training will take place across both venues, with all transport arranged and provided by the club via coach, ensuring a seamless and well-organised experience throughout the residential.
