Cobham is the exclusive home of Chelsea FC's Men, Women's and Academy squads and we are opening our doors to a limited number of players to train here this summer!

Please arrive in sports clothing appropriate to the weather; shin pads; and trainers.

Hampshire Boys Player Development Pathway Talent ID Day - 28/08/26

Age Groups: U6-U15 (2025/26 season age groups)

We are looking to new external recruit players for our Player Development Pathway (PDP) for the 2026/27 season. We offer opportunities for players at all levels ranging from our Player Training Centres (Tier 3) to our top tier Player Performance Centre (Tier 1). Our sessions run during evenings every week during term time and we run half term sessions at Winchester City Football Club, and our very own Chelsea FC Training Ground in Cobham. Our programme runs from September-August every season.

Player Performance Centre (Tier 1) - Winchester (Mondays)
Player Development Centre (Tier 2) Winchester, Basingstoke, Eastleigh, Petersfield (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday).
Player Training Centre (Tier 3) - Southampton (Tuesday)

You will receive an email from our football development teams 2-3 working days after the trial, in terms of your trial outcome and what we can offer you to be a part of our programme.
